MicroProviders Care — a marketing site for self-employed carers

MicroProviders Care is an all-in-one admin platform for self-employed carers — the small, local "micro providers" who deliver health and social care in their own communities. We designed and built the marketing site that explains the idea, sells the product, and captures early registrations ahead of the autumn 2026 launch.

The challenge

"Micro provider" isn't a phrase most people know, so the site has to do two jobs at once: teach a model of care from scratch and convert. It speaks to carers who are running a business largely on their own — often on a phone, between visits — so it has to load instantly, read clearly, and never get in the way.

It also has to make a genuinely admin-heavy product feel light: client records, visit tracking, invoicing, expenses, and compliance, all rolled up to a single, friendly £4.99-a-month promise.

What we built

  • A clear narrative from "what is a micro provider?" through the platform's features to transparent pricing, each step nudging toward registering for launch.
  • A Getting Started guide — the 10 essentials of going independent, from DBS checks, insurance and training through to registering with HMRC, setting an hourly rate and finding first clients — so the site is useful long before anyone signs up.
  • A blog for the ongoing care-sector writing that brings people to the site in the first place.
  • A static-first build in Nuxt 4 and Tailwind CSS v4, fully prerendered to HTML for instant loads and near-zero hosting cost.

The outcome

A site that earns trust by being genuinely helpful first and salesy second — fast on the low-end devices carers actually use, cheap to run, and easy to keep extending as the product grows.
