We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy and are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZB671813.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data when you get in touch with us — whether directly by email or phone, or by submitting our contact form. This may include your name, email address, company name, phone number, and the content of your message. When you submit the contact form, the details you provide are stored securely in our own content management system so that we can respond to your enquiry.

3. Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics to measure how our website is used. Fathom is a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies and does not collect any personal data — the information it gathers is fully anonymised and cannot be used to identify you. We also load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts; in doing so, Google may receive your IP address. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

4. Spam protection

To protect our contact form from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. To tell humans and bots apart, Turnstile processes a limited set of technical signals from your browser, including your IP address, a TLS fingerprint, your browser's user-agent string, and the site identifier of the form. Cloudflare states that it cannot directly identify any individual from these signals, and does not use them for advertising or cross-site tracking. Your interaction with Turnstile on our site is also subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

5. How we use your data

Any personal data you share with us is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to fulfil a contract for our services. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us by email (show email address).

8. How to complain

If you are unhappy with how we have collected or used your personal data, you have the right to complain to us.
